How to set up a Cirqil account, and how to get back in.
Signing up and signing in happen on the same screen. A toggle switches between them.
Create an account
- Go to Sign Up.
- Enter your email address and choose a password.
- Re-enter the password to confirm it.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
- Select Sign Up.
- We’ll email you a six-digit code. Enter it to verify your address.
The password rules are listed on the screen as you type, and each one gets a check mark when your password meets it.
If the code doesn’t arrive, select Resend code. Check your spam folder, too.
Use Google or Apple instead
Go to Sign Up, then select Sign Up with Google or Sign Up with Apple. You’ll use that account to get into Cirqil, so there’s no separate Cirqil password to remember. We never see your Google or Apple password.
Sign in
- Go to Sign In.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Select Sign In.
If you created your account with Google or Apple, use Sign In with Google or Sign In with Apple instead.
If you’ve forgotten your password
Select Forgot Password? on the Sign In screen, then follow the steps in the email we send you.
