What to try when you can’t get into your account.
Check how you signed up
If you created your account with Google or Apple, use Sign In with Google or Sign In with Apple.
Typing your email address and a password won’t work on those accounts, because there’s no Cirqil password on them.
Reset your password
If you signed up with an email address and a password, select Forgot Password? on the Sign In screen, then follow the steps in the email we send.
The verification code hasn’t arrived
Select Resend code.
If it still doesn’t turn up, check your spam folder, then check that the email address on the screen is the one you meant to use.
You’re locked out of your Google or Apple account
Recover it with Google or Apple. We can’t unlock it for you.
Once you’re back into that account, signing in to Cirqil will work again.
