What’s on an event page, and what changes depending on the type.
Every event page is built the same way. Sections appear only when the festival has provided that information, so a sparse page usually means the organizer hasn’t filled that part in yet.
What every event shows
- An image
- The title, with a badge naming the event type
- A Tickets button, when tickets are available
- The date, the start time, and how long it runs
- The venue, with its name and address
- A description, along with any content warning and tags
- The presenter, when there is one

Film events
A Film event is one showing of one film.
It adds the film’s original title, a link to the film’s own page, a trailer, and a grid of details covering genre, age restriction, country, and language. If the film plays more than once during the festival, the other showtimes are listed too.
Block events
A Block is a group of short films shown back to back in a single sitting. One ticket, several films.
A Block adds a program listing every film in it, and other showtimes when there are any. Some blocks can also be watched online.
Panel events
A Panel adds a list of the people taking part.
Social events
Social events are the mixers, brunches, dinners, and parties around a festival. They show the standard information and nothing extra.
